About
Netfrate was built by operators who understand where global freight actually breaks down.
The company's credibility comes from long-term logistics experience, customs knowledge, and carrier relationships that were built in the field rather than assembled as marketing language.
Leadership

Pavel Trubetskoy
President And Founder
Netfrate LLC was founded in 2004 by Pavel Trubetskoy, whose career in international logistics began in 1996 at the New Jersey office of Fritz Companies Inc., a global customs broker and freight forwarder later acquired by UPS.
He later joined the U.S. branch of DSV A/S, where he managed export freight operations and developed expertise in international transportation, customs coordination, and key regional trade lanes.
Over time, Netfrate established a durable position in Transatlantic logistics with especially strong knowledge of Eastern European and Central Asian markets, supported by long-standing relationships with major ocean and air carriers.
“At Netfrate, our clients' interests always come first. With continued support from customers and carrier partners, we have built an independent logistics company focused on reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transportation.”

Next Step
If the shipment matters, start with the operator behind the company.
The strongest client conversations usually begin with a lane, a customs issue, or a freight-control problem that needs senior attention from the start.
